Verizon Galaxy S8 Run FIOSTV App from Phone on my Win 10 PC

I would like to run the FIOS TV app from my Galaxy S8 on my Win 10 Home Edition PC, please advise me if this is possible.

With an emulator - maybe. Android apps can not run natively on Windows, they're compiled wrong.

Does their website not offer the ability to stream? I'm assuming you've checked the Microsoft app store on your PC for an app?
