Running apps?

When I check my running apps in settings it shows swype+dragon services and 4 google services running all the time.
Are these draining my battery much or can they be stopped?

The Google services almost certainly need to keep running. If you stop them, they will most likely restart on their own, anyway. As long as Swype is one of your keyboard options, it will also be active. If you never use it, you could always disable it in the Settings/Apps menu, as long as you have another keyboard (like Google Keyboard) that you can use.
