Ok so what do the numbers at the bottom mean?

Other 67mb in 4. Avail: 145mb + 273mb in 28

I have a general idea but would like to know for sure.

67mb being used by 4 processes that can't be killed. 145mb completely available. 273mb being used by 28 processes that can be killed if needed.

And in Windows Speak...

Kernel: 67mb being used by 4 processes that can't be killed.
Free: 145mb completely available
Cached: 273mb being used by 28 processes that can be killed if needed

It is important to note that "cached" can essentially be viewed as "Free" since it will be used on demand, just like Free. But while it is cached, any of those cached processes that you call up will start faster.
