Running Yakjujp 4.0.4 NEED TO UPDATE TO Takju. HOW TO DO IT?

I tried 5 times to update my nexus to takju using nexus root toolkit but failed...i first tried to flash takju 4.1 directly. it said hashnumber mismatch so cannot flash. Then i flashed 4.0.4 takju it downloaded but got stuck at "CHecking adb status". Got frustrated..now in deperate need to flash takju. How to do it.? Thanks. Mine is maguro IMM76K.19250JPLE1.
P.S-im a big time noob...i just learnt bout this 10 hours ago. Phone is still fine running yakjujp 4.0.4
