Hello, I am currently on the MikShifted G Rom with S-Off in bootloader, I had to downgrade I believe. Which file do I use? The RUU or the PG06IMG if I want to upgrade my HBoot back to normal and get stock back?

I believe you would use the RUU, that should put everything back to stock....except S-ON. You should be able to use the Revolutionary S-ON tool for that part though. :)

I have a theory, if I use the RUU file... Then do the OTA update from Sprint to upgrade the Shift to the Gingerbread with 2.72.651.6, I might be able to root with stock? Possible? and will it delete Clockwork Mod Recovery? :) Thanks

If you use the RUU I don't believe you will lose root, it will delete Clockwork though but wont give you S-ON. Don't install the OTA until you can confirm for a fact that you are unrooted and completely back to stock, just to avoid any kind of problems. :)

This is wrong.. The RUU will return you completely back to stock with S-Off. The Evo Shift is not rooted or supported by Revolutionary.

2.3.3 is NOT rootable..you must downgrade to root. Plain and simple. If you want to run stock and keep root then use x99's rooted stock ROM

Ok, can I get the link to turn S-Off back to S-On please? Thanks.

Here's the link for the .zip. One "zip" RUU-Back to stock-2.3 zip removed completely - xda-developers Just place it on the root of your SD card and boot into bootloader.. it should ask you to update. If you get something like 'no image wrong image..' then your SD card probably needs to be formatted to fat32.

Also here the "official" RUU.. It's an exe you run from your pc

2.2 RUU [RUU]RUU_Speedy_Sprint_WWE_1.17.651.1 - xda-developers

2.3.3 RUU [ROM]RUU_Speedy_S_Sprint_WWE_2.76.651.4_Radio_1.08.00.0 506_NV_SPCS_1.88 - xda-developers

Sorry about the mistake with Revolutionary, I was under the impression that all the Sprint HTC models were supported outside of the Design. I'm glad you confirmed that the RUU brings back everything to stock except S-ON. :)

No worries man :)

Do I rename it update.zip and then apply it in the stock recovery?

I'll be completely honest, I've never needed to use it so I'm not sure. I don't want to tell you something and it bork your phone. I would assume that that would be the correct procedure as that's what you usually have to rename files like that to. Sorry I can't give you a definite answer though. Crump...any suggestions? :)
