The phone keypad on my new S-24 keeps popping up while I'm using the phone (not on a call). I've reset settings, cleared the phone cache-nothing works. Suggestions?

The phone just interrupts what I'm doing and opens the phone keypad screen. Here's a screenshot of what happens if I'm watching a YouTube video-the video is minimized and the keypad screen appears. If I'm reading email the phone just changes to the regular keypad screen. This happens without any input from me.
I'd appreciate suggestions.

US version. The screenshot is not an ad. It's a YouTube video minimized by the phone while I was watching it and the phone screen pad opened behind it. Happens constantly and very inconvenient.

Sometimes just clearing the phone app cache for a glitch like this is not enough I would try clearing data then force stop the phone app

No change, with phone force stopped the keypad screen still opens every few minutes interrupting whatever I'm doing with the phone

Did you also try Safe Mode, as suggested by mustang7757? If it goes away in Safe Mode, that would indicate that some app you installed is causing the problem. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Good morning. I've been using the phone in safe mode and it's doing the same thing-changing to the phone keypad screen every few minutes. Is there anything else I can try?

It could be another app that is causing this. Check the permissions of your apps, pay close attention to apps that were granted access to the phone.
