S-8 rings all by itself

All of a sudden my wifes new S-8 rings all by itself and no one is on the other end,it could be sitting on the table or in her bag and it starts ringing has anyone heard of these problems.I went into settings and it looks good from what I can see.I googled it but there was nothing out there yet.Any suggestions.

Make sure her Google account wasn't hacked. My sister had hers hacked and has all kinds of issues. When she answers the phone doesn't seem like a call connects? Hopefully, that's not the case with yours.

Be glad it's her phone doing that, and not yours... Or you'd get the "who is she!" accusations lol. Still, chick's can cheat too, so keep your eyes open

Strange you're not getting any indication of who the caller is. You should at least see a phone number. Are you sure its the phone and not a notification or message?
