S health and Voice notes (question)

Greetings to all
I have a question regarding the S health, is it possible to stop it from counting the steps or completely kill the app/ uninstall?
So basically i want to stop it, and also the heart monitor if possibl

The other question is regarding voice notes, is it possible to send a voice note as a reply for e.g "whatsapp or BBM" instead of voice dictating?

You cannot uninstall S Health or turn off the pedometer. BUT the heart sensor You can - just go to the S Health settings on watch and set automatic health sensor to never.

But why would You do that?
