S Health food logging moves to incorrect days? Galaxy Watch + Note 8

After some time, my food logs will seem to randomly move days. The strange thing is it is only partial portions of the day log - for example, breakfast will just move to tomorrow at random.

Any ideas? Seems to me like something is out of sync. Makes a huge headache for counting calories.
