S Health not receiving data from Gear Fit

S Health was working just fine until about 3 days ago when it stopped receiving the data from my Gear Fit. I have tried the uninstall/reinstall, clearing the cache, and even resetting my phone to factory settings. Nothing is making any difference. Can someone please help me? This is the app that I use the most on my phone and I really love it! Thanks in advance.
