S Health Notifications

I'm probably taking this back to Best Buy after the 14 day trial but, in the meantime, is there a way to turn off S Health notifications? I'm not real fond of getting the "be more active" notification ... vibrating and turning my screen on ... at 2 AM and then again at 4 AM.

On your watch, go to apps, open S-health, go to the far right to the settings screen, in settings select "alert" and what you want to adjust is there labeled "inactive time".
