S health sensor issues?

Has anyone tried their S health for reading their oxygen? I cannot get it to give me a reading.

Had no issues with my Note 5 and the readings were always the same as my regular oximeter.

I just tested heart, stress, and Spo2 and all work fine for me.

I had an issue with the SpO2 reading on the first day but now it works fine. Not sure what changed.

Talked to S Health support. They had me go into a special diagnostics mode and determined the HRM sensor is bad. Back to the store I go when they have some in stock.

Mine didn't work this morning, but does now.

I performed the stress test today. It took a while, probably 10 minutes or more. Seemed to take the most time on Sp02.

This is what my Note 8 (international version) shows. Cannot get the SpO2 to even start measuring. *#0*# does not show an oxegyn sensor at all. Any advice?

Mine works fine, use it regularly.
