Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue.
I've noticed that my charging port is failing. I have to push the charger in very hard to get a charge.
I've also noticed that my S health isn't working either. I can enter the app, but the pedometer doesn't register any steps, and the heart rate monitor doesn't work either. Doesn't even emit the red light.
Would the charging port problem be related? Any help would be gratefully received.
