S Note and S Pen Only Mode where is it?

So, in tutorials I see a button where you can hit "S Pen only mode" and its on the top right icon and is a pen icon, but I don't have that icon. For me it is a star that is favorites or something. Am I missing something here?
Also, how do I make it if I press the S Pen button and it'll automatically be an eraser? When I do that it becomes an idea sketch and it pops up. When I was playing w/ it at Best Buy they had this feature, Ican't seem to find it on mine.

S Pen only mode is activated by touching the icon below, which is in the lower right.

Not sure about getting the eraser by using the pen button; would be nice to know how to do that.
