S-Note Birthday Greeting Issue

I decided to be funny and send my friend an S-note Birthday greeting like they showed in the advertising clips. Well I write out my greeting and then post to the wall and when I checked out my greeting the only thing that shows up is the background and my personal message is gone. Has anyone tried this? Am I missing something?

Think I figured it out. You must be in view mode in order for the words to come out. If you are in edit mode, only the background will show up on your friends facebook which is annoying since they are both saving and uploading. So stupid.
