S note download to pc

I've recently started using s note in my phone. Ive tried to download s note to my pc but aftr it's downloaded, all I find an exe file. Don't know enough to be able to open it and use it. keeps regenerating a download file copy. Any help would be much appreciated. Want to sync my phone with my computer to keep the notes convenient.
