Post #12 has to do with language pack in the keyboard. Hope it helps.

Thx for the suggestion but that didn't work for me, im not going to lie.i loved this phone until the 4.3 update. ...now it seems like I can't do 1/3 of the thingsI use to.

Update : so I put the widget on my home screen, and taping on the original icon.... Still doesn't work, but I can access S Note through the widget and no FC B-)
