S Pen feature not available?

I have TMobile latest update and this option works fine on my Note 4.

Yeah, I hear you. It's weird, mine is not accessible at all.

Thanks. I figured it out! It's the Touch Sensivity that was accidentally pressed. See pic.

Oddly though, I pressed it again, and S Pen still works.
