S Pen Fold Edition With Outlook

Is it possible to use the S Pen Fold Edition to handwrite emails in Android's Outlook. I cannot seem to find the option within the app to allow this for an input option.

If you are using Samsung Keyboard, you'll see an icon above the keyboard of the right side. It looks like a T with a pen. Click on that, and then you will get handwriting input where you can use your S Pen Fold edition.
