Just because you haven't had a problem doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I've been on these forums for years and I can assure you the problem is real. I've had a trade rejected and I had to call in to correct it.. It happens and we don't hear about most rejections. I wonder how many get the rejection and just go with it for whatever reason, might be dealing with Samsung customer support is horrible.

We just seen one this time around that Samsung used a picture that obviously isn't the same phone to reject a trade in. Apple isn't perfect and Samsung isn't either.
I haven't even seen it reported. Show me some reports about grainy displays.

I will say I have not noticed it on my model, if you have a grain disply it is a manufacture issue and should return for a replacement.

1. So they can get you what you paid for.
2. So they can figure out why the defect happened and fix it.

I just got my email today saying my trade in is completed, and i sent it in without the s pen, i didnt bother buying a new one to send in. They didnt say anything about it & i got full value
Thanks for letting us know. I always wonder if they would charge me, so I always send it along with my trades.
