Please help me with this:
Samsung's calendar app S-Planner is excellent and I use it a lot. BUT there is a problem:
S-Planner adds an alarm to every event I create, regardless of whether I want an alarm for that event or not. If I delete an alarm, the app puts it back! I was getting so many unwanted alarms that I disabled Alerts and Notifications in S-Planner's settings. Now I can't use the alarm function at all.
It has been suggested that I back-up my data and do a hard reset, but I don't want to do this.
Is there any way to make this feature work the way it should?
