S view for note 4 not working after s/w update

Hi I bought genuine samsung galaxy note 4 in nov and the cover in dec 14. It was working all good up until 3 days back. s/w took place and it has stopped working. I cannot even see the s view settings in the accessories section of the phone

Same thing is happening to me. genuine samsung cover since last update. Settings are gone screen is black when people call.

same issue.. Got it working by totally power off, then detach case, reattach case, power back on. S View working fine after that -- features and S View back in Accessories menu.
