S Voice does not recognize any person in my contacts on my S7. Has anyone found a fix?

I have set up my S Voice so I can use it in my car with my Bluetooth but it does not recognize anyone in my contact list. I even changed some contacts to 1 word name like "My Husband" to "Husband" it still says it cannot find "Husband" in my contacts. Anyone find a fix? I have deleted the data and still it doesn't work.
