S-Voice not using watch microphone

I got a Gear 2 Neo paired to a S5 Sport. When I activate S-Voice on the watch, it kept telling me "I didn't catch that.". Come to find out, if I talk into my phone microphone, it works. So for some reason, it's using my phone mic, instead of the watch mic. I tried a factory reset. How do I fix this?

Turn off S-Voice on the phone and see if that helps.

Is S-Voice turned on on the watch?
Check the settings.
