Erm not anytime soom because Indonesia isnt gonna have 5G anytime soon...and 4G is still a mess here.making a call drops the signal to 3G/HSDPA because 4G here doesnt support voice...

I'm with T-Mobile and I don't think they are schedule to roll out 5G until the beginning of 2020 so it's of no use to me. Also, I don't really care for the fact that they removed the micro SD option.

I ordered one and I am already surprised of the lack of interest in the 5G version. I was waiting to upgrade from a S8 plus to a S10. Waited for the 5G for the bigger screen. I have emailed some of the larger brands for cases and was told they were not going to make one the the 5G.

I am not surprised at all. It is a buzz word right now. Even if it is out there now (such as w/ Verizon) it is in very strict little areas. 5G won't be relevant for awhile.

Plus I get around 40-100 Mbps on LTE. More then fine for my cell phone connection.

Samsung has a rugged case. Incipio has one as does Spiegen. Otterbox has an email signup for when theirs are released. Certainly not as many as regular S10 lineup but fair number already available. Case design is a bit more complex to ensure they do not interfere with 5G transmission. The Incipio case makes a point on packaging to highlight their case does not interfere with signal.

I have a 512GB majestic black S10 5G on pre-order (Samsung) and can't wait to get it. My area does not get 5G anytime soon but this is not why I bought this phone. It is primarily size of the phone I want and of course all the other goodies. Using a Note 9 now and my wife can't wait until I pass it on to her. I just cannot find any specs about the Universal Flash Storage - USF 3.0 or 2.1 for this phone?

I would look at buying it if it worked on AT&T. My interest would also be because of the bigger screen and not the 5G network. By the time they release the S10 5G for AT&T it will probably be release time for the Note 10 and I would imagine it will have a similar screen.

I'm with you - I bought one for the same reason. I've posted a couple of times about it but can't get people to focus on the phone - they immediately respond to the 5G. Not the responders fault - I think Samsung did themselves a disservice by putting 5G in the name.

My guess is it's USF 2.1 because the phone is largely based on the S10. The Fold had 3.0 though so I sure would love to be wrong...

Has your card been charged for the phone yet? Mine hasn't. I was hoping to get it by Friday. We'll see.

I absolutely agree with you Samsung should have branded the this phone differently. My S10 5G was shipped and charged yesterday with an estimated arrival this Friday. So excited!

I’m excited about it for the bigger battery, extra camera, faster charging and bigger display. I want a UAG case for it though so I’m holding off. Also kind of hoping the fold isn’t cancelled I still want it more than the 5G.

Was on the fence on getting the 5G. Already have an S10+ 1TB on AT&T as I wanted the 12GB of RAM. Now I am leaning towards the OnePlus 7 Pro for my Verizon line(12GB RAM and 256GB storage) and giving up my Pixel 3XL due to battery life.

My S10 5G is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I already have the "Spigen Tough Armor" waiting for the phone. I never before owned a UAG case, do you like them?

Yes I know there is a Note 10, Pixel 4 and whatnot coming but there is always something new coming and the 6.7 inch S10 5G is available now and I bet this is the best phone you can buy as of today. The OnePlus 7 Pro is no option for me because of the very disappointing camera performance.

I guess the power button has been moved down a ways. Which is nice. It looks like its not much wider and a smidge taller than the S10+.
