Android Central Question

I just bought a used S10, It had a full battery when i picked it up, and on the way home with it it turned off while I was playing with it, I plugged it in to charge it with all original cables and it powers up to the battery screen, shows 0% and shuts off over and over. I tried a wireless charger and it won't do anything with it. I don't believe the battery is dead at all, I think the firmware is crashing before it gets to read battery level.

I tried to get into the boot menu and only get 3 options, recovery, normal, and fastboot. Phone will remain on at this screen, but as soon as I select any option the powered by androidscreen flashes and it shuts off. Cant even get into recovery mode

I tried smart switch on the PC hoping it would detect, but the constant boot loop brings the USB up and down with it. Same thing with ODIN, cannot connect as phone is constantly rebooting with usb connected.

I've done a lot of searches and not found anything related, how can I recover this?
