I just want a glass screen protector that works. I've always been able to just get a cheap one for my previous phones and don't care about the fingerprint scanner. The curved glass and fingerprint scanner are a nuisance for me as I don't care about them and make finding a simple screen protector hard.

Al the ones I am finding are only having adhesive barely at the edge of the glass protector. So they wont stay on very long at all. and since I am hard on my phones and cant keep these things on my phone I already have a small crack on the screen of a new phone. alternatively My S7 still has a good screen since I can get the cheap polycarbonate glass protectors to actually stay on and swap them out when they crack,

I did see the whitestone dome but the liquid adhesive is a lot more work than just dropping on the glass screen protectors like I have for years and years. Is there not a simple glass screen protector that just drops on and stays on like the old ones w full adhesive?

At this point I am frustrated that the phones have to get all this crap added to them that makes them less durable and harder to protect. Also it looks like replacing the screen on these is pretty dang expensive as well compared to the old ones because they integrated all this crap into it.

No, not that I see. I am looking for a recommendation of a simple drop on full adhesive glass protector and don't care about the fingerprint scanner.

Those threads all seem to be about whether or not the stupid fingerprint crap works or the overcomplicated, overpriced, liquid glue on screen protectors and whether or not they work with the scanner I don't use.

Thanks, I didn't know if the first thread was in the proper sub-forum.

Guess I'm gonna try the ones with the liquid adhesive, seems pretty stupid that it's the only option to get one with adhesive on the whole protector. the old drop on style worked just fine without the potential mess and extra work. I would normally buy 3 or 4 of the old ones at a time because I am hard on my phone and they would get cracked and need changed out periodically. With the extra cost and work/potential mess of the liquid adhesive ones I guess I made a mistake buying the Galaxy again. Maybe I will get it fixed and sell it to get an LG or whatever model isn't a curved fragile mess with unnecessary tech interfering with basic protection and repair.

Wow, that's intense. Does it protect the glass from breaking and how do you take it off?

It has protected my Note 9 and s10+ from cracked screen, you can put your nail under with little force or use a hair dryer . Once you register the dome on their site anytime it breaks they send you one for 9.95 each time .

Pretty good. I saw it was on sale, so bought one.

I didn't realize it has a screen on it and putting on back covers, it came off. So, not a very good one.

My Zagg does a phenomenal job, and sticks like nobody's business all the way to the edges.

Zagg has never disappointed me. Ever.

I use the Glass Fusion:

https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...fusion-samsung-galaxy-s10-plus&token=Mq3FKM0S

I let the store at the mall install it. My S10+ has never failed, but the install on my wife's S9+ didn't go so hot; it had a couple bubbles at the edge that didn't go away after a week or so, so she took it back and they replaced it without question.

I got an email for Zagg 25% off and I always let the Kiosk at the mall put them on have always used Zagg. But with the S10 Plus I wasn't sure and read good and bad reviews and I use the fingerprint. So yesterday I was at the mall selling a tablet back to this kiosk and I swung by the Zagg stand not to far down the way and I said which one works on the S10 plus where I can use my fingerprint and he said the glass fusion. He said we wouldn't sell it if it didn't work and I said well online it's 25% off at Zagg site so he sold it to me still high for $35 instead of $45 and put it on. So far it's good I can use my fingerprint still. I do feel like though when my phone is in my wireless stand the touch isn't as responsive. I have to push harder or I have to pick up my phone sometimes to touch the screen but my phones looks new again.

But I am glad I got it and I was still using the original one and it was so scratched up and lifting at the bottom.

I watched 2 vids, followed step by step. With their English on lables isn't quite clear on dust .. with only one of 3, says DUST.

Went fine but it's didn't spread out completely and there is a few bubbles from that.. which sucks.

Eventually,I will have to take it off. and it only come with one screen so.

BUT... does this phone NEED a back cover? Is it real breakable?
