S10 restore from google not working

I've got my S10 backed up to Google drive as well as Samsung but the phone won't allow me to restore from Google, only Samsung backup. Samsung won't restore all my apps and put all my app and icon folder back on my new phone. Anyone know how to remedy this?

Google doesn't have a restore like Samsung , Google just backup certain things like app data,wifi password,contact,SMS automatically restore . Samsung can gave different restore points , I would try that again in account/backup Samsung restore

Are you trying get your apps back automatically through Google or Samsung?
You could simply go into My Apps and check your library for all the apps you want back.
