I posted this in the S10 forums but got zero help, so i'll try here.

When i'm on Skype, the video call audio will only come through the earpiece as if making a regular telephone call.

If I unpair my Galaxy Watch, the video call audio comes through the loudspeakers as normal.

What am I doing wrong? I want the Skype video call audio to come through the loudspeakers, not the earpiece and I don't want to turn off Bluetooth and have to re-pair my watch every time I receive a Skype call.

Anyone else getting this issue that can offer a solution please?

I don't have this issue since I don't use Skype on my phone, so I can only guess.

Thinking out loud could help bring up ideas for finding a solution, or make the confusion only bigger.
Aiming for the first:

Is your earpiece connected to your Phone or your watch? Wired or BT?
Is Skype audio considered as "call" audio or "media" audio by your phone?

If your earpiece is connected through BT with your Phone, the BT connection with your watch shouldn't interfere with the ear piece connection, although this would be the 2nd time I hear it actually does. My watch and ear piece work fine together, although I do notice that if I connect my earpiece, the watch connection is briefly stopped, then restored. So there's something going on.

I would assume video call audio comes through your earpiece by default, so to me the most logical suggestion for solving your problem would be to disconnect your earpiece if you want the sound to come through the loudspeakers instead.
If you want to keep the earpiece connected, I'd disable call audio or media audio in the BT settings for your earpiece on the Phone, depending on how Skype audio is treated by your Phone (media or call).

I checked the BT settings for my watch. The interference may come from the fact that call audio is enabled in the BT settings for the watch on the Phone as well. You may try to disable that as as a second option to see what happens.
If I disable call audio for my watch it seems actually unpaired, not only calls stop coming through but messages stop showing on the watch as well. However, enabling call audio again restores the connection immediately, without going through the entire connection setup procedure again. So it may be a quick toggle.

Hope this actually helps!
