S10e keeps restarting after new update

So my phone updated on Sunday and since then the phone keeps restarting and now Google Play won't download apps.

I wiped the cache from the boot menu, fixed a problem that i caused by myself by reflashing the phone with odin and i've also factory reset the phone and restored the data and the problem is still occuring.

Can someone please advise me what the problem is?

I'm running Android 11.

So if I understand correctly, the constant reboot was after a update, and you try fixing by flashing and factory rest ?
