S2 Battery

Maybe I have overlooked the answer to my question but maybe someone can help me out. The Samsung Infuse has a 1750 mAh battery and the phone is 9mm thick. The S2 has a 1650 mAh battery and is 8.9 mm. Seems like a lot of extra battery to sacrifice for reducing thickness by only .1 mm or am I missing something?

Yes but the Galaxy SII has a dual core processor and uses a different architecture which it can take advange of the battery better then the own Infuse's b/c it has a single core processor.
