And I love it...and hope this is not a repost. However, I'm wondering if the blue discoloration when pulling down on the top of a web page or left to right sometimes is just the OS telling you there is nothing more to see or is this something that needs to be fixed or can be adjusted?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It's called over scroll and happens on most phones, even the iPhone.

Makes sense...I know it's a first world problem but it's a little annoying and doesn't even seem to be consistent.

Its just a bounce effect. Perhaps it can be turned off if you turn off animations.
I'm not sure but the inconsistencies maybe just on mobile sites won't work.

The Skyrocket is an Android phone, not a Droid phone.

Sorry...I'm an Android Purist.

Perhaps it will go away with the ICS update. Just seems a little lazy that they left it like that(the developers that is)

I think a lot of people who come over to android phones get the term android and droid mixed up quite a bit. I was one of them, lol.

I think that "discoloration" is built in. It's over scroll and it tells you that there is nothing more. iPhone gives you a gap when you do it, Android gives you blue color.

This.
It's the way it's designed.
Some custom ROM's take the overscroll effect away. Most leave it there.
