Question S20 FE 5G stuck on lock screen

Hi,

I set up my usual pin code for my lock screen on my S20 FE 5G (original ROM, no root), but i think i made a mistake when i set it up, so now i can't unlock it, i'm stuck on the pin screen to unlock the phone and i can only try a PIN every 24H.

The problem is that i have precious photos and videos on the phone, and i haven't any save.

Is there a solution ? I'm very sad about this situation.

Obviously, the phone is really mine : i have the invoice, and i have the password of google/samsung account.

Factory reset in recovery it will ask your Google account info , beyond that there's nothing any members here can help you with.

And no this method won't be able get your photos , in the future back them in cloud service or multiple places to avoid situations like this
