S20+ Freezing when using Camera

Only has my S20+ for a day and on the first try of using the camera it freezes, then the phone crashes and restarts. When its up and running again the phone is extremely hot and drains the battery very quickly.

Anyone had the same issue and if so what did you do to fix it?

I've tried quite a lot of "solutions" but none of them work. I.E Factory Reset and wiping the partition cache.

Have you tried safe mode see if it still crashes? Do you have the international version or US ?

Yeah I've tried it in Safe Mode, it still does it. I've got the international version

When you first got the phone was it ready to use just link up your accounts or you had to start from beginning with welcome screen?

It was sealed in the box so I had to go through complete set up.

Gotcha, well at this point you can return it back and get another or try flash the stock firmware again see if firmware got corrupt.

What do you mean by flash the stock firmware? Do I do that in the same menu as wiping the cache partition ?

No its a separate procedure to install Odin on the computer with stock files and flash to the phone , but I think u should return under warranty

I had the same problem with the fingerprints. I created three fingerprints which solved the problem for me.
