S20 only one LTE band received

Hi to all,

I have a strange signal issue with my S20 (G980F) , it just seems to receive only LTE band 20, all other lte band are not working so in every place not covered by lte B20 i'm without 4G network.
In the same place, with same carrier, my girlfriend get LTE band 3 and me LTE band 20, i tried to force LTE Band3 by the secret menu, but, in this way no LTE signal riceived.
My S20 is running Android 12 with last realese of ITV firmware, i tried to clear cache but it is not fixed.
Do you have any idea?

I suggest talking to your Carrier.

Hi,
thank you for your reply, with my old s8 i can receive LTE band3 with same sim/carrier, so i don't think it is a carrier trouble... Could some different fw help me?
