So much is the dominance of iPhone 11, even the combined all Galaxy in the top 10 was less than iPhone 11 unit sales alone

Not surprising that S20+ is the best selling S20 series since it sits nicely in the middle between Ultra and smaller S20 and appeals to more customers.

Odd because Ultras early on sold as many as the other 2 combined

Honestly never thought that Ultra was the top seller, I always believed it was Samsung producing less of them compared to S20 and S20+. Given the price difference kind of makes sense that one of the smaller models especially S20+ will sell more since they have most features of Ultra and most regular people are just going to opt for the cheaper models.

Also, it could be at the beginning the tech enthusiasts bought more Ultra and that could have caused that initial spike for the ultra.

It was in an article maybe a month back. The lower priced S20s undersold projections and the Ultra sold more than projected.

Yeah just the projections not the actual numbers. Who knows what those projections are since Samsung isn't going to officially give any breakdown. May be their expectation was higher for the base models compared to Ultra.

No...the numbers stated were units sold. If I come across the link I'll let you know. I posted it going back.

I remember seeing it as well. No doubt price played a factor in the S20 ultras continuous sales. Hopefully they get the pricing right on the Note 20.

Well, iPhone users kinda fall into two categories, those that are intensely loyal, and those that like the simplicity. Many are both. With Android, there's so many flavors that folks often try this and that just to see what each offers.
