Other carriers have already gotten it so you can download the firmware files and manually flash them using a computer if you want

She must be mistaken. The A10e isn't getting Android 12. If she got an update, it's still Android 11

Sry checked it and its on 11 I think it said system update 12 and she thought android 12 lol

OTA just started yesterday. Or you can download any of the Android 12 firmware that's been out for quite a while for other carriers, and flash it.
