S20 Ultra T-Mobile May security patch

Same...so far, the only noteable thing I'm noticing is that faux macro zoom they implemented. It looks like they've basically automated the process of combining zoom and holding your hand in telling you how far or close to be in order to make it look like a macro shot. Way to tell us we're dumb, Samsung.

Besides that, the auto-focus seems smoother in video, but can still be jumpy when using the camera, or in non-optimal lighting.

I was hoping for improved action-shots, but I guess I'll test that out tomorrow.

I was also hoping to be pleasantly surprised by being able to have QHD and 120hz both on...but alas, no go =(.

Here's an example. The top picture is a regular picture. Don't get me started on the blurring that's happening. That's still ridiculous.

The second is when I bring the camera closer and follow the instructions for this new "up close zoom" feature. This is as close as I can get without it blurring. It's alright, but like I said, it's unnecessary and is just insulting. They might as well have just labeled this the "goo goo ga ga zoom".

The final picture is taken from the same distance, but at 9.9x zoom. As soon as it hits 10x zoom, it is unable to focus on anything that close, but damn does it take a decent macro shot any time before it hits 10x.
