S20FE - Screen Issues

So I had my back plate and USB port replaced about 2 weeks ago.
Then this started happening a few days ago. It's intermittent, and If I do a screenshot, it doesn't appear.
I am wondering if a cable wasn't reconnected properly when I had the repair work done.
