Now when I try to take a picture I receive a warning sign then app crash

Try clearing data and force stop camera app
If same go into safe mode.

What can be and how to fix this?

Have you unlocked the bootloader and flashed anything? Samsung automatically disables the cameras on some of their newer phones when you do that.
