S22 Ultra Microsoft Exchange email contacts not syncing

[Android Central Question]

I love the phone but this one thing is driving me nuts. When I add a contact in Outlook it does not sync to my phone (it has for every phone from S5 forward). I have all the settings set for full sync (in Contacts and in the email account) but new contacts just don't. Calendar, email, tasks all sync but it won't import new contacts.

Any advice?
