S22 Ultra super technical specs

Does anyone have any info for us nerdy types that want to know the super technical specs? I know it has UFS 3.1 but does anyone know the MB/s file data read/write speeds, the IOPS, etc....? Does anyone have info on parts like the different camera brands it houses, model numbers, the sound system brand, etc? Is the memory DDR5 and what speed is it? I know, I'm a huge nerd looking for the raw numbers. lol
