S23 instagram pop-up corrupted

Why are my instagram brief pop notifications like this? And only for one of my 3 active profiles...The others appear normal. Its annoying as it does not turn on screen for notification when its like this... Picture one, un-normal popup, pucture 2 normal pop up. Also, the name of the active profile appears on top and outside of the bubble. less

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried clearing the app cache/data for Instagram in Settings>Apps, force closing it, opening it again and signing back in?

Thanks for a warm welcome. Yes i've tried every trick in the book, except wipe the phone. Even tried different versions of instagram, and no luck. It seems as if the app itself "overrides" oneui default notification look, as the bubble just for a milisecond looks normal just before it goes off. I have tried my instagram account on my dad's samsung a13, and the notification looks the same as on mine. Could it be that its just that instagram itself has somehow change this, as my other two acxounts dont have this issue as seen on the photos... Have no idea. Plus, when i get the notificaton, the screen stays off, and doesnt show thw brief popup... Really buggy

Make sure to send feedback to Samsung via the Samsung Members app. It's also worth sending feedback to Instagram, although I'm not sure if they'd have any control over it.

Try going into settings>notifications>notifications pop up style>brief selected and then edge lighting select a style there to see if that helps

unfortunately i have tried that, and the notification section on a phone does not change anything. i cant even change the notifications to be brief or detailed. they just remain the same all the time.
