S23 Ultra - Multiple Keyboards

I use both the Samsung keyboard and Gboard keyboard, but I noticed that when I switch from the
Samsung keyboard to Gboard there's a glitch where I have to tap on the keyboard icon several times to get it to switch and vice versa. Any ideas why?

I switch between Samsung and SwiftKey. I've never had the problem you referenced.

I use GBoard and Samsung (but mainly GBoard) and just tried this and do not have an issue.

I have not been able to find out how to do this with Samsung Keyboard, but you can try going into GBoard settings in the Apps section and try Clearing Cache (and Data if you want) and trying that to see if it clears up.

I switch between 4 different keyboards all the time never the issue you are describing.
