Just factory reset phone by the weird amount of "system updates". So I reset my phone and now setting up device all over again I see a few things off already. First is certain notifications that make no sense to be grayed out unless someone else has remotely accessed my phone to the point of factory reset doesn't remove..in that case I'm over my head and throw in towel by they are a technical wizard and I have nothing but a pouch of bean seeds..no fire no matches. Or notifications are a suggestive joke and the punchline finding out. Second is the user certificates that was on my freshly factory reset device and I am not tech savvy ..so here I am can anyone give some input who are familiar with any of these questions or suggestions to what I am possibly looking at? Anything would be greatly appreciated Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! It is not unusual to have no user control over system apps -- they're part of the system, and when you see something greyed out, it's because they need to be set that way, without interference by the user.

User certificates are also not unusual. Those look normal to me. Since you readily admit that you're not tech savvy, it's really best not to delve deeply into the workings of the system -- after all, would you do that on a Windows laptop and get worried about the hundreds of thousands of .DLL and .CAB files that you don't recognize?:)

Rather than analyzing your device using a fine-toothed comb, it's better to make sure you're taking good precautions to protect yourself. See these:
