The S24U is actually a little wider than the S23U. THis was one of the first things I tried.

The S24 Ultra is 1.1mm shorter and 1.1mm wider than the S23 Ultra.

Overall differences are minimal. It becomes an issue when openings for ports and buttons don't line up. In this case (excuse the pun), the major problem would be the camera openings.

Metric has basically become a synonym for International System of Units, to be honest.

The French origin for SI is, in fact, the Metric system.

You probably already know this, but I thought I would explain the joke for all those people in the world who are only familiar with Imperial.

Well... mostly, I don't think anyone really measures volume in moles or temperature in Kelvins in everyday life lol.

Shorter yes, I believe it's slightly wider than the S23 Ultra though. So S23 Ultra cases will be too snug on S24 Ultras.

After playing with the S24U for a day, don't know if it's just me; but it feels much heavier and ergonomically worse than S23U. Feels not so comfortable in hand compared to S23U. May be need some time to get used to the device.
