something to add: sat connectivity
i traded a $400 galaxy a545g for the s25+, getting $1k trade-in but had to include verizon's $$$ ultimate/ultimate plan, which included sat connectivity.

this might be the issue you're having if you're with at&t, t-mobile!!

Not here in the UK on EE. Not sure about the other networks but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

I'm guessing they've not installed a setting for it. Because it's not there either.

AT&T doesn't have their satellite network up and running yet, so you won't have the option until then and they send out an update to turn the feature on in the phone.

I have it included with my T-Mobile plan, I have had to use it a few times when I lost connection to the network. I know they keep adding more apps that will work with the satellite network, and they're working on including voice and data as well in the future as they have the largest satellite network, think Verizon has about a 1/4 of the satellites, and AT&T is still trying to get their network up and running. pretty sure T-Mobile has the greatest number of phones that can connect as well. You can get their satellite service for a monthly charge with an unlocked phone that has esim capability
