S3 Bluetooth question

I'm thinking about upgrading to the S3. Can anyone tell me if the Bluetooth hands free works well? This feature is very important to me, since I drive a stick-shift car. I have an S2, and the BT is very unreliable.

My xterra doesn't have BT built in, but my s3 worked well with blueant s4 (Before the pos died) and now a jabra cruiser 2.
