S3 case hot

for the 1st time my S3 is starting to get very hot. by hot if i were to lay it on my bare stomach it would be uncomfortable. it did this after using it for 20 minutes of reading news. was not running gps or music. do i have a problem. S3 is 3 months old.

Should not be getting that hot. I would call tech support or take it by a device tech center to be checked, if your carrier has one.
