S3 Factory Reset Help

I just purchased a new Samsung S5. I want to get my S3 ready for resale. Can someone advise on how to do a factory reset if that is what need to do in order to clean the phone for resale.

Hold the volume up + home +power button down (with device off). Until you see Samsung screen and release.

Should bring you to recovery mode. Use volume keys to select factory restore. And power button to select.
